packing is the worst!

as a weirdo who keeps absolutely everything, i had to go through every piece of paper i've looked at in eight years of university. damn, guys, i made some seriously neat notes. in deciding to throw almost everything in the recycling besides my notebooks, i have chosen to keep the essay i got 36% on. i should frame it and hang it on the wall, or something.

or something.

Whenever I am watching a show, on every single channel at the bottom of the screen there are the little pop ups telling you about other shows or what is coming on after the show you are watcting, some of the pop up characters on the bottom are so big they go up half the screen blocking the show, I don't really care about what is coming on after the show I am watching or about other shows while I am watching the show that I am watching right that moment, I think it is annoying and stupid. It totally interrups the show that you are watching.

I think this is a really really really great idea!! This is on thereelblog. I thought I would post it to get the word out and to help get publicity and donations.

Anyway. Gotta walk home soon. Car's still broken, mostly because the housemates are too busy to give me a ride and don't lend out their cars. =_= Bahhh. I need to get this taken care of soon so I can actually have Thanksgiving.

Have a meeting with my program director on Monday. Not sure how I feel about that. I haven't talked to him since July... v_v Kind of want to keep it that way. Oh well.

I've also come to the realization that my brain is full of Teh Crayzee. Of course, I knew this before, but not writing made it easier to ignore. Now? Not so much. Thank you, fandom. I'm going to go do homework now.

But first: HEY LOOK IT'S A DRABBLE DUMP!

Something good happened to me today. I've had a few problems with the internet connection lately (not that it broke down completely, but it was bumpy and annoying and sometimes the computer would claim for 10-15 seconds that there was no internet connection at all, before "finding" it again (and losing it once more 5 minutes later). So this morning I called Arcor (which is now Vodaphone) and asked if the line itself was okay.

( The (female! ^^) technician told me it was fine on their end... )

You ever have a writing idea that just sticks in your head and won't go away? Shockingly, I'm not talking about a muse writing idea either. This is an original fiction idea. I almost signed up for NaNo to write it, but decided that school should get my attention first. Anywho, I have this idea and I'm wondering if maybe next year I should do NaNo with it. Maybe actually work on those silly original characters of mine. Not Guy, Guy has a novel already.

It's a little known fact, but I do actually write original fiction. It's actually my first love before muse writing. I start a lot of stuff and then never finish it. Without school papers and very little muse inspiration right now, I'm sitting here, looking through some of my old notes and new notes going "Wow".

And I'm also killing time before I got shopping for a few things, but you know, the whole nostalgic trip through my original fiction is a much better reason. :D

Today wasn’t too bad. Woke up no longer numb which makes it much easier to drink fluids without spilling them everywhere but it also makes living more uncomfortable. I spent the entire day watching TWW in bed, occasionally eating soft food, popping pills and icing my face. The swelling isn’t too bad at the moment but apparently it gets worse over the first three days. Dad bought nice crusty bread today. Mmm, bread. Never mind. I’ll live on my soft foods.

I’m afraid that’s basically it. Unless I just start making things up.

I would like to read a story were it takes place during the civil war, Eames is a Nurse and Goren is a Soldier that has been injured, he is brought into the hospital, she helps him heal, it could be a frienship/romance/angst story. I think it would be a neat scene, were she has her hair up in a bun and he asks her to let her hair down and he touches it, I think it would be a neat romantic touching, sweet akward scene.
